Samuel Taylor

Samuel Taylor has extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, with a focus on operational management and leadership roles. Samuel currently holds the position of Operational Director at City Brewing Company since 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Plant Manager at Refresco from 2017 to 2020. From 2016 to 2017, Samuel worked as the Vice President of Operations at KDC | Columbus, leading a large team in high-speed production of consumer packaged goods. Samuel also has a background in business transformation and change management, having served as the Director - Business Transformation Lead at MillerCoors from 2014 to 2016. Before that, Samuel held various roles at MillerCoors including Customer Service and Supply Chain Manager/Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Packaging, and Maintenance Manager.

Samuel Taylor completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from California National University for Advanced Studies from 2002 to 2006. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1990, they attended Northwest Louisiana Technical College and obtained a degree in Applied Instrumentation, specializing in Instrumentation Technology/Technician. In addition to their formal education, Samuel Taylor has also obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools, Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools, Root Cause Analysis: Getting to the Root of Business Problems, Six Sigma Foundations, and Statistics Foundations: The Basics, all obtained in June 2022.
