Bilal Khreiss

Bilal Khreiss, MBA, serves as the Human Resources Director at City Group Co. KSCP since September 2022, following an extensive tenure as HR Manager at Azadea Group from December 2014 to September 2022, where notable accomplishments included leading the design and implementation of a new organizational structure. Bilal's prior experience includes significant roles at PwC Middle East and PwC, focusing on HR consulting and managing various projects across industries, including developing a unified competency framework for oil and gas companies and establishing the HR consulting arm in Kuwait. Earlier experience at Ernst & Young involved participation in internal audits and risk assessments. Bilal holds an MBA from IE Business School and a BBA in Finance from the American University of Beirut.
