Chrystèle Relf has extensive experience in compliance and quality management, currently serving as Compliance Manager, Regulation & Audit at City & Guilds since May 2002. In this role, Chrystèle investigates allegations of malpractice in vocational qualification assessments and manages investigation activities to ensure compliance with regulatory bodies. Also a skilled project manager, Chrystèle developed e-learning content related to assessment malpractice for the City & Guilds Quality Academy.
