Gitit Plaut Safran

Gitit Plaut Safran has a long history of HR and people management experience. Starting in 2004, Gitit worked as an HR and Account Manager at Baumann Ber Rivnay. In this role, Gitit was responsible for establishing and managing the company's HR activity for 125 employees, creating the HR function from scratch, leading employees development processes, and supporting managers through strategic processes. In 2011, Gitit moved to MyCheck, where they served as HR Director. In this role, Gitit was responsible for establishing and managing the company's HR activity for 50 employees and managers, leading managers development programs, leading strategic organizational processes, and training and development. Finally, in 2019, Gitit joined M.S.Bit Ltd. as VP People. Most recently, in 2022, Gitit started at City Hive, Inc. as Employee Growth Manager.

Gitit Plaut Safran attended The Open University of Israel from 2008 to 2009, earning a degree in Human Resources. From 2001 to 2004, they attended The Open University of Israel without earning a degree.
