Benjamin Carr

Benjamin Carr is an experienced investment professional with a strong background in the self-storage sector and a focus on finance. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at City Line Capital since May 2023, Carr previously held leadership roles including President and Chief Investment Officer at Go Store It Self Storage, and President at Miami City Self Storage. Carr founded Carr Storage Consulting and served as Executive Director - Interim at Tyler Arboretum. Carr’s earlier experience includes roles as Chief Investment Officer at LifeStorage and Vice President of Investments at CubeSmart, along with a strong foundation in real estate audit at PricewaterhouseCoopers and purchasing management at The Brickman Group. Carr holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Penn State University.
