Matt Butterly

Matt Butterly has a diverse work experience in various industries. Matt started their career at Eric Flaim's motion sports as a Buyer and Assistant Manager from 1993 to 1997. Following that, they worked at Kryptonics as a Product Manager from 1997 to 1998, overseeing the development and testing of skate and skateboard wheels and accessories. Matt then joined Triple Eight products as a Product and Sales Manager, where they directed the development and production of skate products from 1998 to 1999.

From 1999 to 2001, Matt worked as a Store Manager at Blades, Board and Skate. Matt then transitioned to Stowe Mountain Resort, where they worked as a Snowboard Instructor from 2001 to 2002. After that, they became a Store Manager at Blades Board and Skate, managing daily operations and training staff in six locations on snowboard and in-line skate sales.

In 2003, Matt joined Burton Snowboards as a Retail Store Manager, quickly being promoted to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager. During their tenure, they successfully operated 12 premium flagship retail, outlet, and temporary locations and oversaw the development and support of store managers and staff members.

In 2016, Matt temporarily worked at ADT Security Services as a Small Business Sales Representative. Finally, in 2017, they joined City Market, Onion River Co-op as the Assistant Director of Operations for the South End and also served as the South End Store Manager.

Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated expertise in various roles such as sales, operations management, training, and customer service.

Matt Butterly attended George Washington High School from 1988 to 1991. However, there is no information available regarding their degree or field of study during this period. Later on, they attended Berklee College of Music, where they studied Music Performance, General. In terms of additional certifications, Matt obtained a Certificate in Leadership and Management from the University of Vermont - Vermont Business Center in June 2010.
