Antoinette Davis is an experienced retail operations leader currently serving as the Director of Retail Operations at City Mill Co., Ltd. since April 2023, where the focus is on growing and mentoring leaders to help communities in Hawaii achieve their dreams. With a tenure at CVS Health starting in 2018, Antoinette has held multiple roles including Training Store Manager and District Leader, demonstrating a commitment to staff development and customer service. Prior to CVS, Antoinette worked at CVS/Caremark and Eckerd Drugs, progressing from Assistant Manager to Retail Store Manager and Photo Laboratory Manager, respectively.
