Jennifer Harlan

Jennifer Harlan is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in corporate and executive communications. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate & Executive Communications Manager at City National Bank since June 2019, Jennifer develops and manages communication strategies to enhance the organization's brand, leading efforts for senior executives and overseeing communications related to change management and crisis response. Prior to this role, Jennifer's positions at Highwire PR included Vice President roles focusing on external and executive communications and serving as an account director, managing PR teams for fintech and enterprise tech clients. Jennifer also held director and manager positions in marketing and communications at companies such as Rapid Ratings International and Articulate Communications Inc., where responsibilities included driving marketing strategies and leading media relations efforts. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from the University of Michigan and has studied French Literature at Aix-Marseille University.
