Jennifer Tsai-Long has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jennifer started their career as an intern at Johnson & Johnson in 2001, focusing on regulatory affairs. Jennifer then worked at Anthem, Inc. as an outcomes reporting analyst before joining Merrill Lynch as a diversity and inclusion program manager. Jennifer later joined BNY Mellon as a relationship manager and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC as an institutional equity sales professional. Jennifer then moved to JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they worked in sales strategy. Jennifer then joined Goldman Sachs, specializing in strategic client services. Currently, they are employed at City National Rochdale, where they hold the position of Managing Director and Head of Client Services & Operations.
Jennifer Tsai-Long earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of Pennsylvania from 1999 to 2002. Jennifer later obtained an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, studying from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Jennifer holds several financial certifications including the Series 24, Series 3, Series 63, and Series 7, all obtained from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
