Bich Nguyen

Bich Nguyen is an experienced professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Employee Relations Analyst for the City of Anaheim since March 2017. Previously, Bich Nguyen was a member of the Board of Directors for PSHRA from May 2017 to December 2022 and worked for the County of Riverside in various human resources roles from July 2013 to February 2017, including serving on the Mental Health Human Resources Service Team. Bich Nguyen also had a significant academic background, holding a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from California State University-San Bernardino and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Marketing from Loyola University New Orleans. In addition, Bich Nguyen contributed to graduate research projects presented at prestigious conventions, focusing on leadership and gender dynamics.
