Chris Whittaker

Chris Whittaker, DML, CPM, ICMA CM, currently serves as the City Manager for Angleton, Texas, overseeing the infrastructure and quality of life for over 19,000 residents since March 2020. Additional roles include Business Advisor at Strategage, Secretary for the Gulf Coast Transit District, Credentialed Manager Candidate with the ICMA, and Consulting City Manager at City Hall Essentials, LLC. Chris also serves as Chief of Staff for the Texas State Guard's 2nd Brigade, Senior Logistics Consultant at Maven Comp, and President & CEO of a veteran-owned logistics company, ATX Logistics. Educational credentials include a MA in Management from American Military University and certifications in Local Government and Project Management.
