Stephen Rice

Stephen Rice is currently the Economic Development Manager at the City of Annapolis. Prior to this, Stephen held positions such as Director of Community Development at American Communities Trust and Vice President of Business Development at Howard County Economic Development Authority. With a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, an MBA from Vanderbilt University, and a BA in Economics from Morehouse College, Stephen brings a wealth of experience and expertise in economic development, community impact assessments, and labor relations coordination.
