Gary Edwards has extensive experience in municipal management, serving as City Manager of the City of Aransas Pass since August 2017. Prior roles include City Administrator for the City of Sedalia, MO, from August 2011 to August 2017, Town Manager of the Town of Wickenburg from July 2007 to July 2011, and City Manager of the City of Moberly, MO, from March 2004 to June 2007. Additionally, Gary held the position of City Administrator at the City of Festus, Missouri, from May 2000 to February 2004, and City Administrator for the City of St. Genevieve, Missouri, from June 1995 to April 2000. The career began in public service as Chief of Staff in the US Congress from December 1976 to January 1989, within the Office of the Missouri Lieutenant Governor.
