Cale Curtis

Cale Curtis, MBA, ICMA-CM, FRA-RA, currently serves as City Manager for the City of Margate, a role held since August 2018, with responsibilities including leading a team of over 400 employees and managing a $130 million annual budget. Prior to this position, Cale Curtis held various titles at the Town of Highland Beach from October 2007 to August 2018, including Interim City Manager and Finance Director, overseeing financial administration and ensuring compliance with governmental accounting standards. Cale Curtis holds a Master of Business Administration in International Business from Florida Atlantic University and a BA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, complemented by an Associate of Science in Accounting from Florida Metropolitan University.
