David J. Rymer II

David J. Rymer, II, currently serves as a Program & Grant Specialist for the City of Ashland, Kentucky, where responsibilities include administering state and federal grants and ensuring compliance while evaluating program effectiveness. Additionally, David is a Board Member for Build Ashland, a nonprofit focused on community development, and acts as a Volunteer Firefighter for the City of Catlettsburg, responding to various emergencies and community needs. Prior experience includes working as a Clerk at Kroger, providing high-quality customer service.
