Michelle Dickens

Michelle Dickens started their work experience as a Human Resources Manager at Medical Practice Management Solutions in August 2014. Michelle held this role until December 2022. In January 2023, they became the Human Resources Director at the City of Ashland Kentucky.

Michelle Dickens obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and History from Marshall University, where they attended from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they studied Early Childhood Psychology at Christopher Newport University from 1999 to 2002. Michelle furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Strayer University, where they attended from 2015 to 2017.
