Darrell Grant

Darrell Grant currently serves as the Lead Hazard Construction Supervisor for the City of Augusta since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in property assessment from previous roles as an Appraiser in the Real Estate Division of the Augusta, Georgia Government and as a Home Inspector with FEMA. With a foundation in real estate appraisal gained from baker appraisal, Darrell Grant has conducted residential and land appraisals over a span of several years. Additionally, as the owner of A1 Lawn Care from 2007 to 2012, Darrell Grant managed daily operations and successfully expanded the client base through strategic marketing and recruitment. Darrell Grant holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Benedict College and a Real Estate Appraisal Certificate from the AREA School of Real Estate.
