Catherine Olukotun

Catherine Olukotun has a diverse work experience spanning various government and research organizations. Catherine most recently served as the Deputy Director of Business Services at Aurora Water for the City of Aurora starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Fiscal Services Manager at the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment from September 2020 to May 2023. Catherine also held the role of Chief Financial Officer - Division of Water Resources at the State of Colorado from October 2017 to September 2019. Before that, they were a Lead Finance Analyst at the Colorado Department of Higher Education from January 2016 to October 2017. Catherine's early career included positions such as Subcontracts Specialist at Southwest Research Institute from December 2014 to December 2015, and Senior Management Specialist at the City of San Antonio from November 2012 to December 2014.

Catherine Olukotun earned a BA in Political Science from Trinity University between 2002 and 2006. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Political Science from Colorado State University from 2007 to 2009.
