Christina Hughes

Christina Hughes is a seasoned professional in human resources with experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist for the City of Aurora since June 2022, Christina previously held the position of Executive Team Leader - HR at Target from May 2016 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car from July 2014 to May 2016, and a District Manager Intern at ALDI Stores in 2013. Christina began the career with an internship at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2012. Academically, Christina holds a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, completed in 2014, and graduated from Sycamore High School in 2010.
