Lincoln Bogard

Lincoln Bogard has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lincoln is currently working at the City of Banning, where they serve as the Administrative Services Director and Deputy City Manager. Prior to this, they held the position of Finance Director at the same organization.

From 2020 to 2022, Lincoln worked as the Finance Director for the City of American Canyon. Before that, they were employed by Sacramento County, where they held the roles of Senior Accounting Manager - Deputy Auditor-Controller and Accounting Manager between 2016 and 2020.

Lincoln also has experience as an Internal Auditor for the Superior Court of California, County of San Bernardino, and as an Auditor II for the City of Berkeley.

Lincoln Bogard holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, which they obtained from 2005 to 2008. Lincoln also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, completed from 1999 to 2002. In addition, Lincoln Bogard has various certifications including Certified Fraud Examiner from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), as well as Certified Public Accountant designations from both Colorado and California. Lincoln is also a member of the Honor Society for Academic Excellence in Business, Beta Gamma Sigma.
