Andrea Roy

Andrea Roy is a seasoned professional in city management and economic development, currently serving as the Assistant City Manager for the City of Bedford, Texas since June 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Development Director in the same city from January 2021 to July 2022. With a rich background in economic development, Andrea's experience includes serving as the Economic Development Director for the Town of Flower Mound, Economic Development Manager for the City of Carrollton, Economic Development Specialist for the City of Arlington, and Economic Development Coordinator for the City of Coppell. Educational qualifications include a Master of Regional and City Planning from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Texas Tech University.
