Ty Lasher

Ty Lasher is an experienced consultant currently working with Guv Guy Consulting since July 2023. Previously, Ty held the position of City Manager for the City of Bel Aire and served as City Administrator for the City of Cheney from April 2001 to June 2007. Additional experience includes serving as Vegetation / Noxious Weed Director for Reno County, Kansas from July 1991 to May 2001, as well as Noxious Weed Director for Jefferson County from February 1987 to June 1991. Ty holds a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Administration from Wichita State University (1997-2001) and a Bachelor's degree in Agribusiness from MidAmerica Nazarene University (1982-1986). Ty's educational journey began at McLouth High School, where a high school diploma was earned in 1982.
