David Beste

David Beste started their career in 1987 as an Elevator Constructor at Montgomery Elevator Co. David worked in this role until 1993. In 1994, they joined the City of Bellevue, Washington, starting as a Battalion Chief. David recently transitioned to the position of Deputy Chief in July 2022.

David Beste attended Central Washington University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. David'sfield of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
