Clifton Noble

Clifton Noble is an experienced application programmer currently employed by the City of Berkeley since July 2016. Prior to this role, Clifton served as the Director of Technology at St. John the Baptist School and KLCCEA Engineers and Architects. Clifton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Additionally, Clifton completed a Full Stack Bootcamp in Computer Software Engineering at UC Berkeley Extension. Educational background includes studies at Berkeley City College and graduation from Saint Mary's College Preparatory High School.
