Deputy City Manager at City of Beverly Hills

Gabriella Yap is the current Deputy City Manager at the City of Beverly Hills. Gabriella has held this position since December 2007. Prior to this, they were a Financial and Budget Analyst at the City of Beverly Hills from January 2004 to October 2004. Gabriella then transitioned to the County of Los Angeles - HR and CEO as an Administrative Intern from October 2004 to October 2006. After their internship, they became an Associate Analyst at the County of Los Angeles - Chief Executive Office from October 2006 to November 2007. In April 2010, they accepted the position of Assistant City Manager at the City of La Habra Heights, where they stayed until October 2015.

Gabriella Yap has a Berkeley Executive Seminar from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley. Gabriella also has a Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Cal State University, Long Beach and a BA from University of California, Los Angeles. Gabriella is certified from the International City/County Managers Association in ICMA Credentialed Manager.
