Chuck Robinson is an experienced accounting professional with a robust background in governmental and organizational finance. Currently serving as Assistant Comptroller for the City of Binghamton since November 2014, Chuck has previously held roles including Accountant/Treasurer for Broome-Tioga BOCES, where financial management for two school districts with over $80 million in budgets was a primary responsibility. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Chuck served both active duty and in the Reserves, receiving a Bronze Star for service in Iraq. Additional roles include Supervisory Accountant for European Stars and Stripes, Staff Accountant positions at USO and Farmland Foods, and Assistant Cage Manager at Argosy Casino, where impactful policies and training programs were established. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from Tarrant County College.
