Kevin Young

Kevin Young, MBA has over 15 years of experience in human resources and leadership positions. Kevin is currently the Human Resources Director at the City of Brighton, where they oversee the HR operation and provides direction for recruitment, benefits, compensation, and employee relations. Prior to that, they worked at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus as the Director of Human Resources, where they managed a multifaceted HR operation and provided direction to a team of professionals. Kevin also served as the Senior IRB & HR Manager, managing daily operations and serving as an advisor to executives and stakeholders.
