Mariana Aguirre possesses a diverse professional background with a focus on nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana oversees an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana also worked as a Nutritionist at a private practice from February 2016 to 2019 and taught university-level courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food from August 2016 to August 2017.
