Mike Hines

Mike Hines is an experienced professional in health and safety and trade union education. Currently serving as the Assistant National Officer for UNISON since October 2021, Mike supports over 1.3 million members in the public and private sectors. Concurrently, Mike is a lecturer at City of Bristol College, specializing in Trade Union Studies and health and safety training. Prior roles include National Official at Napo and various positions at the University of the West of England, where contributions were made to HR policy development and health and safety management. Mike holds a NEBOSH Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Bristol.
