Eric Oscarson is an accomplished public works professional with extensive experience in municipal management and urban forestry. Currently serving as Deputy City Manager and Director of Public Works for the City of Burleson since January 2022, Eric has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Urban Forestry and Irrigation at Tanglewood Services, LLC, and Assistant Director of Public Works in Sugar Land. Eric's career spans multiple positions in public works, where responsibilities have included directing departments, improving operational efficiency, overseeing capital improvement programs, and managing budgets. Eric holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Columbia College.
