Herman Louie

Herman Louie is an experienced GIS Analyst with over three decades in the field, currently serving the City of Burnaby since June 1991. Responsibilities include providing leadership in the analysis and implementation of GIS solutions across various departments, along with project management and technical oversight for GIS application projects. Previous roles include Acting Manager of GIS & Engineering Systems, GIS Technician, and multiple CADD Draftsperson positions at various firms, including Kadtek Systems and Urban Systems Ltd. Herman has also held positions related to financial oversight as Treasurer of Burnaby DPAC. Educational achievements include multiple certifications in FME from Safe Software and a diploma in Civil Drafting and Engineering from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
