Juli Halliwell

Juli Halliwell, MA, is an experienced leader in municipal and organizational management, currently serving as General Manager of Corporate Services for the City of Burnaby since November 2022. Prior to this role, Juli held the position of Chief Administrative Officer for the Village of Anmore from October 2015 to November 2022 and served as the Manager of Corporate Purchasing & Risk Management for the City of Port Moody from May 2005 to October 2015. Juli's background also includes a tenure as Vice President at Crossroads Hospice Society from 2007 to January 2011. Academically, Juli Halliwell has earned a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership from Royal Roads University, a Local Government Administration Diploma from Capilano University, completed Canadian Risk Management studies at Simon Fraser University, and obtained a Supply Chain Management Professional designation from Douglas College.
