Dorothy Scoten

Dorothy Scoten has extensive work experience in change management and business process improvement. Dorothy started their career as a Business Analyst at Canadian Airlines International in 1993. Dorothy then worked at Air Canada, initially as a Business Planning Manager and later as a Change Management Manager. In 2007, they joined Boeing as a Change Consultant before moving to the City of Burnaby the same year. At the City of Burnaby, they initially worked as a Change Management Consultant before being promoted to Manager, Business Process Change. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Portfolio & Business Relationship Management at the City of Burnaby.

Dorothy Scoten attended McMaster University from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Toronto from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Psychology.
