Jacob Kan

Jacob Kan, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Research Analyst in Consolidations for the City of Calgary, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Jacob Kan worked as a Senior Associate in Valuations at MNP from February 2023 to September 2024 and as a Senior Accountant at BDO Canada from January 2020 to February 2023. Jacob Kan also gained experience as a Tax Associate at PwC in early 2019 and as an Investment Consultant at CIBC from January 2018 to February 2019. Earlier roles include serving as an Advisor at Sun Life Financial and as a Consultant specializing in Real Estate Valuation at Assessment Advisory Group. Jacob Kan holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from the University of Calgary.
