Rick Harrmann is an experienced economic development manager currently serving the City of Cañon City since March 2020. Prior to this role, Rick held various positions including fleet manager and guide at Colorado Jeep Tours, where Rick contributed to providing off-road tours of the Royal Gorge region. As the principal and founder of Core-Tech Partners, Rick specialized in operations and ERP customization services. Rick also served as vice president at Creative Metal Products, managing sales, operations, and strategic development from 2003 to 2015. Earlier experience includes roles in sales and project management in healthcare and staffing sectors, and significant leadership at the Appleton Housing Authority. Rick holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Norbert College.
