David Brooks

David Brooks serves as the City Manager for the City of Carrollton, Georgia since July 2021, previously holding the position of Assistant City Manager. Prior to this role, David Brooks spent over two decades at Carrollton High School, where experiences included serving as Principal, Athletic Director, Math Teacher, and Football Coach. Academic credentials include a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Jacksonville State University, obtained between 2009 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of West Georgia, earned from 1987 to 1992.
