Spencer Doran

Spencer Doran has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Police Officer for the City of Casselberry since January 2008. Prior to this role, Spencer served in the US Navy from August 1994 to September 1997. Spencer holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Seminole State College of Florida.
