Bill Ficke

Bill Ficke is an experienced technology and applications management professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within municipal and utility organizations. Currently, Bill serves as the Enterprise Applications Manager for the City of Cedar Park, overseeing the development and management of enterprise applications and providing leadership for the Applications Team. Previously, Bill held significant positions at the City of Austin, including IT Division Manager of Enterprise Applications and Managing IT Systems Architect, where responsibilities included technology strategy, budget management, and overseeing IT project management. Bill also worked with Austin Energy and other companies in different technical consultant capacities, contributing extensive knowledge in application development, data management, and systems architecture. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with dual majors in Management and Economics from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
