Joseph Montoya

Chief Building Official at City of Centennial

Joseph Montoya has extensive experience in the field of building management and construction. Joseph most recently served as the Chief Building Official for the City of Centennial, starting in December 2021. Prior to that, they held the same position at the Town of Castle Rock from January 2013 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the Building Division and ensuring the safety and integrity of the community's buildings.
