Joseph Flynn

Joseph Flynn is an experienced legal professional serving as a Judge for the City of Central Falls since January 2021 and operating as a Sole Practitioner at Molina Flynn Law Offices since September 2015, focusing on family, criminal, and immigration law. Flynn has contributed as a Board Member for both Rhode Island Latino Arts and the Latino Policy Institute since February 2018, previously holding the position of President for the Rhode Island Latino Political Action Committee until December 2020.
