Trevor Marsden is an experienced performance analyst currently working at the City of Chicago Office of Inspector General since October 2022. Previously, Trevor served as a Senior Administrative Analyst in the City and County of San Francisco, focusing on compliance inspections and community engagement related to temporary shelter policies. While at the City of Los Altos, Trevor utilized quantitative data to develop policy recommendations and acted as the Interim Public Information Officer during a fellowship. Earlier, as a Performance Management Intern in the City of Santa Monica, Trevor improved performance metrics and strategic planning processes. Trevor holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy Analysis from UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
