Sheryl Long

Sheryl L. is an accomplished municipal leader with extensive experience in city management and administration. Currently serving as City Manager for the City of Cincinnati since April 2019, Sheryl L. oversees a diverse portfolio including Building & Inspections, Public Services, and Environmental Sustainability, managing over 2,342 employees and a budget of $414 million. Previously, Sheryl L. served as City Administrator in North College Hill, where responsibilities included supervising multiple departments and managing city operations, as well as acting as Department Head of Communications. Early career roles include Senior Property Manager at Plk Communities and Sales Associate at Ryan Homes, where Sheryl L. honed skills in budget management, staff training, and communications. Sheryl L. holds a Master's degree in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's degree from Miami University.
