Tammy Hanna serves as the Project Director at the City of Cleveland - City Hall since February 2023, overseeing five district representatives and managing community disputes, mediation hearings, and special events. With 17 years of experience as a Community Relations Representative II at the City of Cleveland, Tammy specializes in developing special events and strategies to enhance brand image, coordinating logistics, and creating promotional materials. Previously, as a Misdemeanor Investigator, Tammy documented citizen complaints, assisted in criminal charge processing, and handled mediation hearings. Tammy holds a Master’s Degree in Liberal Arts & Social Sciences with a focus in Social Work from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs. Educational background also includes attendance at Padua Franciscan High School and Cuyahoga Community College.
