Jeff Blanks

Jeff Blanks, CFE has held various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Jeff started as an Accountant/Accounting Supervisor at The County of Fresno in February 2008 and later became an Accounting/Financial/Audit Manager in September 2016. In July 2017, they transitioned to the City of Clovis as an Accounting Supervisor, and eventually became the Deputy Finance Director in March 2019.

Jeff Blanks, CFE earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from California State University, Fresno. In August 2022, they obtained the Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE).
