Harold "H.C." Call has a diverse work experience. Harold "H.C." started their career as an EO - Firefighter at the City of Bartlesville in September 2001. Harold "H.C." served in this role for 15+ years and was responsible for various tasks including ICS, fire suppression, rescue, and EMS. In June 2017, they became the Fire Chief at the City of Collinsville. Additionally, they owned and operated Call Drilling LLC since April 2005.

Harold "H.C." Call earned a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Rogers State University. Harold "H.C." later pursued a Master's degree in Public Administration from Anna Maria College between 2011 and 2012. Additionally, Call attended Copan High School and obtained their high school diploma in 1999. Harold "H.C." also participated in the Oklahoma Executive Fire Officer Leadership Program until 2015, although it is unclear if they received a formal degree from this program.
