Jessica Short

Jessica Short currently serves as the Assistant City Manager and Economic Development Manager for the City of Collinsville since February 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at the City of O'Fallon, Illinois, from November 2011 to February 2023, including Community Development Coordinator and Lead Administrative Assistant. Jessica obtained a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in May 2021 and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the same institution in 2009.
