Ryan Pursley

Ryan Pursley has over 10 years of work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Ryan started their career as a Project Engineer at the Holmes Consulting Group and later worked as a Project Engineer and Project Manager at KPFF Consulting Engineers. During their time at KPFF, they managed various projects and gained valuable experience in project management. In 2014, Ryan joined the City of Concord as a Plan Check Engineer, where they performed plan reviews and managed the permit center. Ryan later became the Acting Chief Building Official, responsible for overseeing the Building Division operations and supervising staff.
