Hamid Reza Nikvan

Hamid Reza Nikvan is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in utilities and environmental services. Currently serving as Assistant Utilities Director for the City of Cooper City since December 2022, Hamid Reza Nikvan oversees engineering and public utilities departments, and currently acts as Utilities Director, managing water and wastewater services. Previous roles include Assistant Director of Environmental Services & Utilities for the City of Deerfield Beach among other positions focused on electrical and control engineering across various governmental projects since 2007. Hamid Reza Nikvan holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as an Associate of Science degree in the same field, all from Sadjad University of Technology and the University of Applied Sciences and Technology.
