Paul Bilotta

Paul Bilotta has extensive work experience in community development and planning. Paul has worked as a Community Development Director for multiple organizations, including the City of Corvallis, City of Roseville, and City of Shakopee. Paul also served as an Associate and Senior Planner at Stantec and held the position of Planner II at the City of Champaign. In addition, they have experience as a Development Manager and President of Bonestroo Services LLC. Paul's career spans over three decades, with roles in both the public and private sectors.

Paul Bilotta completed their education at several institutions. Paul started their academic journey at South Eugene HS, where they studied from 1981 to 1984. Following this, they attended Stanford University in 1984 and then transferred to the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban and Regional Planning, which they completed in 1988. Later, Paul enrolled at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and obtained their MBA between 1991 and 1993.
