Alicia Lee serves as the Water Conservation Manager for the City of Dallas since June 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Water Conservation Division and implementing water conservation policies. Previously, Alicia held the position of Water Conservation Specialist with the City of Carrollton from February 2021 to May 2022, focusing on preparing reports and developing educational programs. Alicia's earlier experience includes roles as an Aquarist at the Dallas Zoo, Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington, and various research and technician positions in the fields of biology and natural sciences. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Aquatic Biology/Limnology from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University.
